Oct2022. Cibeles is the MOST beautiful monument in all of Madrid in our opinion. We loved walking this area, taking pictures of monument and fountain across street - just stunning. Yes it is busy but expected for such large city. Definitely a must see for 1st visit to Madrid. Even more beautiful at night with lights.
